Prana Yoga - Advanced Pranayama

Pranayama, the science of breath is considered to be yoga’s most accessible, yet transformative practice. It is also called Prana Yoga - Yoga of life force.

You will learn Advanced Pranayama step by step by focusing on Mudra(yogic gesture/seal) along with Kumbhaka & Bandha, and Mantra but most importantly how to do it correctly. You will also learn the additional pranayama and its variations which helps to further intensify the experience.

The yogic theory states that Pranayama is twenty times more beneficial than physical (asana) practice. However, in the practice of Yoga, the importance of Pranayama is often minimalized and ignored due to a lack of awareness.

Pranayama has quick & direct impact on the nervous system, thus advanced level is divided into two parts to gradually transition the practitioner from intermediate to advance level as taught in the Yoga tradition. For this level, you must have experience of practicing Kumbhaka (breath retention/ suspension) & Bandha (Yogic Locks).

You will learn Advanced Pranayama step by step by focusing on Advanced Mudra (yogic gesture/seal), Mantras, Koshas along with Kumbhaka & Bandhas, and most importantly how to do it correctly.
